[Mod cut: maybe or maybe not. We can't be sure ]

Good, high quality soy milk can be purchased any any supermarket. Absolute waste of money and time trying to go online for any of this. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!! You can get Silk soy milk and many other types of soy milk and soy protein drinks at your local grocery store.

Whole Foods, Natural Foods Grocer, your local food co-op. It's easy to find.

This is probably a super ghetto way of getting an alternative soy milk:

Buy organic silken tofu, and blend in your blender. Use 1 inch chunks per 8 oz.

You don't want to over-do it due to spikes in estrogen levels.

Pretty delish!

Lactose intolerance here....and I buy mine at Winn Dixie, Publix supermarkets or sometimes at WalMart.

Make it yourself. All you need is a pound of soy beans, some cheesecloth, and a blender. Takes about an hour.

I used to do this myself. It's cheap, and you can control what kind of sweeteners you put into it, if any. I'd recommend using organic beans.
