Twenty minutes of Pilates every day. I watch the same video and alternate between the two choices she offers (Denise Austin). It's simple but effective.

First time I've heard of it. It's ballerina-type exercises, right? Must have improved your flexibility a lot. I'm just getting into yoga and I might try this out, too.

Barre is a mix of ballet, yoga, and pilates. It is quite a workout and you will feel it immediately if your instructor is really good. My instructor really works us and I can tell the difference. Give it a try--I think you will love it.

Haha. I was a dedicated wino but my body stopped that habit in its tracks. Those wine headaches are an SOB. I tried everything to avoid them: only white, only red, less alcohol content, drinking water in between, nothing helped. I discovered having migraines made me prone to the wine headache, so I switched to vodka. I don't like vodka nearly as much, but my body likes it better

Diet, crack, wine, and cardio. Not necessarily in that order

I am so lucky that I can do red wine - pretty much cabernet only though. Whites and Merlot are guaranteed headaches the next day.

Running, but if you have knee/back issues swimming laps is good.

There are SO many things in this thread that aren't exercises.

For me? Box squats.
