My thighs have a weird lumpy shape... Why? What to do? (muscles, squats)

Hello. I have lost about 30 pounds/14 kilos about a year and half ago by exercise (walking and cycling for an hour a day) and healthier diet (seafood and no junk food at all), but my thighs never shrinked. I lost my stomach, arm fat, calves, but my thighs never went away. I hoped that my body would sort it out eventually, but no. They are fatter than the rest of my body. They are fatter than my legs. I never saw a fat, chubby or skinny girl with thighs like mine. What's wrong with them? Is there a name for my problem? (you know how girls call their problem areas... thunder thighs, muffin tops...) What do I do to make them straight? (I have been doing squats and other leg exercises for 2 and half months now... 3 hrs of exercise a week + walking to school for 30 mins everyday... my diet hasnt changed...still seafood and no junkfood). I have 138 pounds/63 kilos, 5 feet 5 inches/165cm.
I edited a drawing i found on the internet to show you how it looks like.
That is your hamstring which is one of the hardest muscles to stimulate. I do recommend seeing a doctor just in case it's something that could be harmful. However, if it isn't and it's only fat then I recommend the following exercises to stimulate the muscle around the area.
Walking lunges (add weight by carrying dumbbells if they are too easy)
Box Step Ups (add weight by carrying dumbbells if they are too easy)
Squats (add weight by carrying dumbbells if they are too easy)

I already do squats and lunges, but I haven't heard of Box Step Ups... Thanks for the tip!

Stimulate the hamstrings? What is that supposed to do in terms of getting rid of any kind of lump there? Stimulating a muscle (I'm assuming you mean stressing it with exercise) can only increase the size of the muscle. You can't stimulate muscle to make it smaller.
could be a lipoma which is a benign fatty tumor. Dermatologist is zero help for that. See your PCP first.
If I'm reading the OP correctly, this lumpy area is on both thighs on the rear side. Probably not a tumor in that case, probably some stubborn cellulite/fat or something.
If it looks like your drawing, it definitely isnt fat so you should go have that checked by a doctor.
