Pro bodybuilders do a lot of cardio especially in the months and weeks prior to a show.

Phil Heath, for example, was doing 6 days of cardio per week a few years ago prepping for the Olympia, at 45 minutes per session. This was a few weeks prior to the show.

And before that, he was doing 6 days of cardio per week at 45 minutes in the morning, and another 20 minute or so session in the evening.

I don't think many of them do jogging or running but more like treadmill walk and stair climbers due to their large frames.

I used to do a lot of running along with lifting weights, and I miss running. It's too hard on my knees these days so I do things like elliptical instead.
