Sorry this is a long post but could use some advice . Let me give you the background

I used to be overweight so I cut carbs out of my diet and was addicted to t25 and going for a run I lost about 60 pounds down to 190 and for my height all my friends and my gf said I was way too skinny for my height and thought I was taking drugs .

Then I broke my hand and admittedly was lazy with my cardio drank a lot and over did my cheat meals
Now the last 6 months I've been lifting weights and upped my food in take but also was drinking often on weekends and having multiple cheat meals a week and dropped my cardio to almost non existant however I'm on my feet 8 hours a day doing manual labor plus the gym .

It's caught up to me . I've added muscle my arms are a lot bigger and harder my chest is more toned but my stomach gained some rolls and looks constantly puffy and bloated where as before my abs were starting to show

I currently am fluctuating between 230-235 pounds I'm 6'3.
I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds but I want to retain the gains I've made and add more muscle but lose my rolls I've recently acquired

How should I do this ? Idk if I should cut , bulk , keto?

Anything at all will help .

I want to lose my weight but I don't want to lose the gains I've made , I wanna keep adding muscle but lean out
