Totally! The one I have has replaceable batteries that last about 4 months. So much easier.

i couldn't deal with blue tooth headphones for the same reason. plus i have other stuff i use bluetooth for and the headphones' bluetooth connection somehow screwed up the bluetooth connection in my car
