Perhaps you need an orthopedic evaluation first to see what the knee problem involves...that way you'd get a diagnosis and suggestions for treatment if needed.

Go get your knee check by a doctor and then go from there.

Fix your diet if it needs to be corrected. Work on flexibility and mobility training. Look at some flexibility programs. I think there is some merit in PnF stretching.

STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY - Types of Stretching

If your knees need rehabilitation that is non-surgical, but effective, find a competent prolotherapist in your area.

Step 1, find nearest doctor that specializes in sports injuries.

Step 2, make appointment.

Step 3, follow doctor's advice (and get second opinion if needed).

Those of us on a forum aren't in any position to give medical and rehabilitative advice to anyone.

Check your diet for excess Omega-6 and not enough Omega-3.

no brainer but a good idea, I should probably do that!

As far as Omega 6 / 3 ive noticed my intake has been a lot less since I do not consume fish as I used to.

I actually agree with you for once. Flexibility training is extremely important. It helps prevent injury and increases range of motion in the joints.

Do you sit for long periods at a desk? Is the chair perfectly ergonomically correct?
