Gyms are businesses and will offer whatever their customers want. I'm sure there are guys out there who would love an all male class so they could cuss their azzes off and make locker room talk the whole time.

And why do I hear some people are up want to segregate gyms based on race and gender
Sorry if i sound misinformed here, but there’s the whole push for female bodybuilding, female-only gyms, apperantly they also want more Muslims in fitness too
