I have been exercising for most of my life - I don't need to make my body adapt to not eating before working out in the morning. There are others that also cannot workout without something in their stomach. I don't see the need to adapt.

Fair enough.

I understand each individual is different.

Back to the OP,

A plan to lose 30 pounds will include diet / way of eating. "Diet is everything" generally speaking..

OP, do you drink alcohol? If so, how much and how often?

Processed foods? Junk foods? Simple carbs? Are you sensitive to insulin? Eat high sugar? High fat?


Diet, Lifting weights and some.....cardio will get you there.

But the title of the thread only mentioned cardio?
