There's an entire genre of anime called "ecchi" (literally translates to "sex" or "pervert" but with a slightly more innocent connotation).
The whole genre is essentially the kind of crap which is described by what you just said. This one falls under that category, and is actually one of the better ones within that genre (which is not saying much).

Introduce him to hentai. I like anime that offers a bit of humor. Ecchi can fall into the humor but my taste don’t fall exclusively in just this category. I checked out this series after catching some YouTube react videos with personal trainers responding to this series. Here’s one of them
^Yeah I understand; there's a lot worse out that exists out there. On very rare occasions there's an ecchi that's actually decent (say, No game no life, Konosuba, Kill la kill). In those cases it's obviously other factors (comedy, characters, worldbuilding) that might make the anime somewhat enjoyable, not the ecchi aspect of them, so sometimes one can forgive it. In this case it is pretty clear that ecchi is not the only goal of the show, though that doesn't necessarily make it satisfactory.
Watched that brief clip and its stupid. Looks like something directed at boys going through puberty and can not yet get any girls. So they get their "fix" on this ridiculous anime. Dumb, oversexualized and borderline pervy. It'll NEVER EVER EVER be put on any network/cable tv here in the USA.
Not sure where you live, but where I am, young people are very very motivated to workout and eat right. From running, to yoga, to specialized gyms, etc. Its one of the things I can honestly say about the younger generations is that they are DEFINITELY more fitness/health oriented than previous generations.

Please don't lump all anime into your ignorant views on the genre. There are a lot of great anime shows that have nothing to do with sex. If anything, girls in skimpy outfits, which is really no difference than what we do here in the US. My Hero Academia, One Punch Man, Hunter X Hunter, and Dragonball/Z/Super are all great shows that don't even come close to what you're describing.

If you want something truly memorable from the anime world, then watch something like Monster, Cowboy Bebop, Sangatsu no Lion, Shinsekai Yori, Anohana, or any movie by Hayao Miyazaki during his mid-life era (age 40-70). Obviously this is not an exhaustive list.

Not really. And this coming from someone who loves Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, Lupin the Third, and my favorite anime movie of all time, Akira. And I love anything made by Hayao Miyazaki.
