I'm 64 but always taken for at least 10 years younger. Our family just has good genetics. My grandfather died at 97 but he looked maybe 80. My mom died recently at 84 and until she got sick around age 80, she looked like she was in her 60's. The thing I have noticed is that because I've lost around 40 pounds, there is more crepey skin on my arms and upper legs and the neck and face don't look as young as they did. However I don't dress like a senior citizen and I still carry myself well. I think that has a lot to do with looking younger. Plus I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and keep my face covered with 45+ sunscreen and a hat or visor.
Well - here's a tip. Most people think they look younger than they actually are. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
People with great skin usually have great genetics; didn't spend a great deal of time in the sun; wore suncreen; and had a healthy skin care regimen and diet.
I posted my most recent photo on an age guessing website. The photo was from 2 weeks ago. The photo is cropped from a group photo so it's not a closeup. However, it was taken in daytime, outdoor lighting. Revealing to say the least: too "revealing"?
It's trending right now at 22 years below my actual age. I've also posted a high res closeup and that's trending at 8 years below my actual age (at time of photo).
I've posted a total of 4 photos and overall, the average guess is approximately 14 years below my actual age. In person, people still sometimes ask me student related questions, indicating they think I'm in my 20's.

Wrong, and wrong. I don't know how old I look to others. That's why I posted photos on an age guessing website. Learn how to read.
You don't have to have "great genetics" to look younger than your actual age. You just need to avoid the self destructive addictions and poor habits most people lack the will to avoid.

Also, my exercise focuses more on weight resistance training now, rather than aerobic exercises. Very important for overall health and I think I will look younger and more fit as well.
Mid 30s Asian male here and look a solid 10 years younger. Still get asked if I'm still in school (graduated from college 12 years ago).
As I get older, I take it as a compliment and play it up.
First, genetics. Although I look younger than all of my cousins who are around my age. And look younger than my siblings when they were my age.
I def put care in appearance. I stay out of the sun (although apply fake tan) and pretty good skin no breakouts.
Alot to do with haircut. I let it grow out longer in the front. I know shorter hair makes me look "more mature" so I don't want to look older, I let it grow out more.
Also of course "body frame". I'm 5'8/ 125 lbs slim- not scrawny though.
Also voice. As stated previously I have a "young voice" and no plans to alter that.
Mindset and youthful attitude helps. I can even admit my go-to foods are foods often favored by kids, such as chicken tenders and birthday cakes.
Downside is people often don't take me seriously.
I think it's great a woman looks younger than she is. I'm a gay Asian and in my situation it often works to my advantage (meeting guys). IMO a baby-faced or small-framed full grown straight man MAY not be perceived as being as attractive compared to a chiseled stronger built guy who actually looks his age or a little older. That's a different thread altogether though.
People are often fooled by my age. Had it happen just the other day at a 5k race when I blew away the younger folks. I think the way you dress also has something to do w/ it. And maintaining good physical fitness/muscle tone. I have a problem w/ sun, though. I enjoy it too much and i"m sure I have premature aging skin (face) that when one looks closely, it shows.
