Jogging (on asphalt) is bad for your joints. Others can't see joint deterioration, but you will feel it. Walking is much better, or at least jog on more forgiving surfaces.

Of course it also helps that I don't smoke or take drugs, etc. You see how street people look way older than they really are.

Financial freedom certainly helps too (less worrying)

I’ve never used tobacco (neither smoking nor chewing). Have never used illegal drugs. I started drinking alcohol when I was 21 but quit drinking when I was 27 (I’m 50 now). I now drink only two 8 ounce cups of coffee, and one 16 ounce can of coke a day and the rest of the day is water and milk. I don’t exercise like I should but I do get several miles of walking each day at work.

What does this have to do with exercise and fitness?

Alcohol is a neurotoxin. It is best avoided. It's politically correct or just fashionable to say that "a few drinks won't hurt" but I know quite a few people who have become violently ill, vomited or injured themselves after just one or two drinks. Some people can't even finish a single drink without throwing up. As in, projectile vomiting. Not to mention, it's definitely a factor in weight gain for a lot of people.

I've never understood the appeal of smoking. It smells absolutely awful.

I used to drink coffee daily, but the more you drink, the more you need to drink. Like other drugs, you develop a tolerance and need more and more to maintain the same "buzz." It's also a diuretic, a strong diuretic.

Cola is an industrial strength rust remover. I wonder what it does to your stomach? The sugar is bad for your skin and overall health. Laboratory substitutes are even worse.

30-45 minutes of walking a day is pretty darn good by today's standards.

Something about this just seems off.

Some of those age guessing websites require you to sign away all rights to your photo which could be used any way at all.

My doctors have no reason to lie to me and say I could easily pass for someone a dozen years younger. Even my blood test results are 'young.'

Your doctor makes beaucoup $$$$ every time you visit.

The website I posted photos on is little more than a side hustle. It's supposed to be monetized by ad revenue, but I rarely see ads on the site. It could be a deep state CIA front. Then again, so could city-data. Paranoia ages you as well. Tinfoil could prevent forehead wrinkles though.

Seniors often do exercise/fitness to maintain their vitality, slow the aging process.....it's a part of one's overall appearance - a reason why many adults keep active/exercise/do yoga/Pilates/run/swim/lift.....

I don't look 15 years younger than I am. And I'm fine with that.

Usually guys who are obsessed with looking 15 years younger are really just trying to rationalize dating women who are 20 years younger.

Viagra took the joy out of being a hot young trophy wife. "Ew. I have to have sex with you now, too?"
No, not you...

It's trending right now at 22 years below my actual age. I've also posted a high res closeup and that's trending at 8 years below my actual age (at time of photo).

I've posted a total of 4 photos and overall, the average guess is approximately 14 years below my actual age. In person, people still sometimes ask me student related questions, indicating they think I'm in my 20's.

Wrong, and wrong. I don't know how old I look to others. That's why I posted photos on an age guessing website. Learn how to read.

You don't have to have "great genetics" to look younger than your actual age. You just need to avoid the self destructive addictions and poor habits most people lack the will to avoid.
You just randomly posted your pic on an age guessing website????

And youre in your 40s and people think you're in your 20s. Dude. Get real.

Pics or it didn't happen.
