It seemed easy to lose the first 30 some pounds, but now I am down to the last 5 pounds. I would like any advice that may help. I am losing .5 of a lb. a week, which I know is still losing. However, I just what to get the last 5 off. Any suggestions . No Liposuction.

Empty your pockets of all contents. Now wearing only the clothes on your back have a friend drop you off 250 miles from home. Start walking. No thumbing for rides or mooching food from passer-by's. Eat and drink only what you find on the road or can catch in the ditches. You'll lose it! You'll be a lean mean fightin' machine

Hey girl......Sounds like a plateau maybe??? Have you tried switching up your program? What does your schedule currently look like? .5 a week is not bad....you wouldn't want to loose any more than 2ibs a week anyway.

your body is 30 lbs lighter so you use less energy in your daily routine you must kick it up a notch! also if your starving youself your in starvation mode the body holds and stores fat you MUST eat 5-6 small meals a day and work out hard its not the weight you want to lose its your lean body mass.

Happy camper......your too cute. I'm not sure she wants to loose he Lean body Mass as that is composed of tissues, organs and muscle. She might want to further reduce her body fat......

HOLD ON ! i just saw your profile after my last comment. You work out with weights 5 days a week? THROW OUT THAT SCALE! NUMBERS MEAN NOTHING when weight training, you know that you can add 10 -20 pounds and look better then you did, again lean body mass.Add cardio on days off, burn the fat build the muscle and throw out the scale!

when one reduces fat and adds muscle they lower their B.M.I and looks much better! even at a larger scale #. I meant increase L.B.M

I"M suprised you have not gone up in weight with all that weight training?muscle puts on the pounds! another reason to throw out the scale, trust me when lifting the fat melts and muscles tone and you will have a killer body! dont listen to the cardio folks who are skinny fat and look like crap naked!
