Many of us have decided to start a diet or just start eatting healthier. We were hoping that people would share information about things that worked for them and things that do not go as planned. Healthy eatting is a choice, but we all need help occasionally. So tips, tricks, or a helping hand would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a tip I learned: After shopping at the market, before putting groceries away mark the WW points on the box, bag, or can. That way if you are getting ready to grab a snack bar and you have 2 points left for the day, you will know which one to grab.

Eating healthier can only go so far. After awhile you will need to so some exercising

Yes, but just because you exercise doesn't mean you can eat anything at anytime.
