well i fixed my weights for this week and will increase the sets
+ introduced the grouped push ups
i cannot dead lift or strain my knees perhaps in the maintance phase, but now i am a bit careful not to strain my back or knees because this plan would fall apart with any undue injury right ??
still sticking to the diet plan as is, actually now when i try to eat more i get sick to my stomach
