Lao, what's a Heavy Bag workout? Never heard of that one.
I have a couple of heavy punching bags hanging in my garage. A 100 lb bag and a 250 lb bag. What I do is set a timer for 3 minutes, then just just blast away with punches, elbows and kicks (I do martial arts). Rest for one minute, then do 4 more rounds for total of 5 rounds.
I forgot one of my favorite extreme short duration cardio/fat burning exercise - Tabata. 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Can be done with situps, squats, pullups, bag punches, etc. Most important thing is to go 100% full effort. Total of only 4 minutes and cardio work is done.
Walking or hiking outdoors can't be beat. I enjoy the elliptical and rower when working out indoors.

Speed cleaning...lol. I swear...nice way to get it all done fast and get some cardio in.
LOL ... I also have a method I call "airhead housework." That's where you take, for instance, the laundry basket upstairs, but deliberately (OK, not always deliberately ... ) forget another item that needs to go upstairs, etc.
Right now, I'm basically doing bench step aerobics. I like to put on some great music (80's usually) to get me moving. Sometimes I find a good movie on TV and do a combination of treadmill and eliptical. The best, though, is when the weather is good and I can take a run outside.
Jogging and running - definitely. I've done most other things but get bored with them all rather easily. It's funny too, because I absolutely do not like listening to music while jogging and running either... too distracting for me (I'd rather listen to my actual surrounds and hear my thoughts).
