It always takes considerable time for me to hit heart rate levels past 160 on an exercise bike or even the gauntlet, but on this one, I get to 175 in a few minutes. It generates as much sweat as the gauntlet as well.
I love the way it varies in movement and works out the complete lower area to perfection. Beyond a point I go hands free at level 18 and that's coz I'm a maniac
Ive never even heard of that machine before. But knowing how top quality ALL of Precor's equipment are, Im sure its great. Do you have one? I just checked the prices and they range from $7000 to $8000.
I haven actually gone to my brick and mortar gym (Equinox) in a while because all of my Crossfit routines are done in my home garage gym, but Im curious to try this machine out and Im sure they must have one there.
Noooooooo, I am not into buying fitness equipment, coz I tend to be a slacker at home and it's a pain when I move. My job moves me a lot (have lived in 4 states in the last 2 years)
My gym got about 10 of these machines about 2 months ago and I was indifferent to it, despite their advertising, also coz I adapt to new machines slowly.
I'm using it regularly now and I love it. It varies my motion and it's forward and backward and it gives me a total body workout, like actually jogging up an acclivity
These have been out for a couple of years now. At first I hated them because you control the length of the stride but now they are starting to grow on me.
