I wonder what the age breakdown is between the "skinny jeans, yes!" and "hells to the no" camps is? I'm betting the "yes"es are in their teens and twenties, and the "no"s are older.
I said "yes." I'm 54 - old enough to appreciate beauty in all of its guises.
I'm 23. When I was in high school, if a kid came around wearing skinny jeans they would have been jumped lol. Skinny jeans is for the young kids who think they are thug. Real thugs don't wear skinny jeans. Its not just about style...
I do wear slim fit clothes sometimes, jeans and button front shirts. I keep myself in decent shape so why not. I don't think I look gay and see plenty of women looking at me when dressed well.

All these people being so judgemental just amuses me.
I once bought a pair of 'skinny jeans' and they were so uncomfortable. Honestly, they look uncomfortable on girls or guys. They're only feminine because women have begun wearing them in the past I don't know, 10 years or so? I prefer the 90s when everyone wore baggier jeans.
Skinny jeans are the equivalent of skin-tight leather pants rocker guys used to wear back in the 60's and 70's. It's like a costume, so unless you're in a screamo band or a graf artist or something skinny's just look weird & out of place. And that goes for drop-crotch pants too.
U know I have noticed more guys wearing the slim fit jeans. I have teenage guys and they used to like baggy jeans and extra large tees. We went shopping recently and they wanted slim fit jeans and tee shirts that actually fit. Maybe guys are starting to be more figure conscious in this vain society where we focus on looks more than anything else.
