Next time your favorite tights go missing, you might check out your guy's drawer, because if a new report is to be believed, "mantyhose"--yes, hosiery for dudes--is totally a thing right now.
No it is not a thing. No matter how many stupid fashionistas push these products and trends on the male population they will never be a thing. Whoever granted these people superpowers to be able to decide on a whim what the next popular fashion would be?
Whoever started the combined words trend should be slapped multiple times. Cripes, two separate words, it is not a tough concept and seriously who really cares if men wear pantyhose or not.

I didn't know that guys wanted to look like robin hood or court jesters in 2012?
Men haven't had hosiery in their wardrobes since the days of Amadeus.
I bet it won't last... why would a guy want his hot hairy legs wrapped up in lycra tights?

There was a reply on the Yahoo page that said these would be great to wear for warmth when hunting. I am trying to picture a bunch of hunters (namely my brother-in-law in TX) pulling up their pants legs to compare their mantyhose. They could really corner that market with a camouflage print, eh?
