And.....I really dislike the current trend of buzz cutting the sides....which just makes the ears more prominent.....not a good look, IMO.

I think ears should be framed by longer/fuller hair for a nicer overall look. Note: I am not saying covered.....I am saying framed.

I just don't think there is anything attractive about ears sticking out.

Here is an example. Which looks better? With the short hair.....all ears and nose. The longer hair......the nose and ears are less prominent and he looks MUCH better.

An image editor will do it and places where photos are stored online usually have that feature. There are oodles of free image editors online to download to your computer. If you have Paint.net on your computer, I think it can resize.

Somewhat covered isn't bad, either.

But OP, it's crucial to find a good stylist. That's not always easy to do.

I don’t find this to be weird at all. Reasonably good-looking guys, especially those who are also successful in their careers, subconsciously regard themselves highly, and expect the world to recognize their many find qualities. But the world cares mostly about personality, charisma and drive. Lack those, and passive accrual of society’s plaudits merely on the basis of one’s gifts becomes very difficult. We’ve seen recently on this forum many reasons for why a good-looking fellow might still be unsuccessful with women:

- - He’s too lazy/aloof/diffident to approach
- - He works long hours and doesn’t prioritize time for social interactions
- - He does not partake of social venues where single-people gather
- - He lives in a stultified, bucolic part of the country, there the available women are few
- - He’s saddled with an abrasive personality
- - And worst of all: he comes across as too desperate

I really wish the OP success in his dating efforts! It says much about the values of modern society if fellows like him find themselves struggling to attract women.
