Ditto. If I don't shower in the morning it feels like I'm not ready for the day. I work out in the evenings, usually, so I'll hop in and rinse off after, but I can't start my day without showering.

Not showering in morning would make feel very 'yucky' throughout the day. Plus I need a good shower in order to wake up!

before going to bed, don't understand how people can go to sleep filthy. just makes you do more laundry by constantly having to change sheets.

I don't shower in the morning either. Too much bathing is bad for your skin.

After my workout.

I get the kids to school and then hit the gym. Shower to get the sweat off after working hard.

What are you guys doing all day that makes you filthy? I wear clean clothes and sit at a desk most of the day. I'm not exactly going to bed caked with dirt.

At night - I either braid my hair, twist it up in a bun, or wear rollers. If I wash my hair in the morning, that means I have to dedicate at least an extra half hour to dry it or else my hair will be damp until afternoon. No thanks!

I miss having really a pixie cut. I could shower in the morning and my hair would be dry before I got to my car without any effort on my part.

Before bed as well as when necessary. It's not uncommon for me to shower twice or three times in a day. Less likely three times though.

I didn't realize one had to consider the cleanliness of their bed linens when the decision to shower is made.
Why not? You have to sleep on those sheets. They can also give off odor as bacteria builds up on them.
