I think your real question is "do you value being found 'hot' by others?" Everybody feels good when they know they look good, but not everybody cares about being found attractive all the time. I'd say if it means so much to you that it's all you think about when you're interacting with the world, then you have some major issues with insecurity and needing validation from others. But this isn't the Psychology forum, so I won't go into that.

To answer your question, yes. Looking "hot" totally makes me feel good. Getting compliments and whatnot feels even better.

To answer the question I think that you meant to ask, yes. I do value being found attractive, but it's not my top priority every minute of every day like it is for you. I prefer to be the total package than just a good-looking young woman because there are plenty of those out there already.
