I want a discussion of famous people who have turned 45 and would be rated attractive by most if asked. For example, Cindy Crawford. I picked 45 because that seems the age by which most people who were 'hot' no longer are. Let's try to exclude those who clearly have had work done.

Meet Sir Isaac Newton...I mean Dr. Brian May. A rock star (Queen) and astrophysicist who is in his mid-60s, didn't tear himself up with drugs and alcohol, and no plastic surgery.

Lol. Given your own criterion, you'd best scratch Cindy Crawford off that list. Before she began making big bucks hawking lotions and potions to gullible women, she said that she owed her great skin to her cosmetic surgeon. Good "work" is still work.
