You all can debate me going forward on this thread - I've been around competitive male and female bodybuilders for YEARS and there are both subtle and obvious hallmarks on a person's physique that is apparent.

There are grannys in their 20's! I've heard of one having a child at 13 and that one having one at 13 which made her a 26-year-old grandma. It's probably more common than we realize.
