Again, such a wide variety of answers, which I am enjoying reading very much. (Thanks for all the responses.)
I do think it is interesting how many people have answered coral. I do think that light or soft coral (similar to light peach) does wonders for most skin tones! And I also think that if we know we are looking good (more or less), just knowing that gives us a lift.
I'm mostly a jeans tee shirt guy with blue being my favorite color and my eyes are what others refer to as having sea blue color blue eyes...so I like blue shirts but mostly in tee's
But what makes me feel real good is wearing a nice quality pair of blue or black jeans along with a crisp quality button down quality white shirt.....wearing a crisp button down white shirt has always made me feel good.....so even though blue is my overall favorite color... white button down with blue or black good fitting quality jeans just works for me and it makes me feel good....
I love wearing pink now because prior to letting my hair return to it's natural color, I really couldn't wear pink. Now I get compliments whenever I wear any shade of pink!
Unfortunately, now red looks weird on me. I used to love red so I've had to retrain myself - I can no longer wear most reds, or any sort of earthy, muddy colors - and I used to wear those a lot, especially grays and olive greens. So that's been an adjustment but oh well.
I also really love wearing cobalt blue, and lime green. Both colors lift my spirit!
And I feel like I can never have too many crisp, white shirts. Paired with slim cut jeans and cute shoes, and some big earrings, or a long necklace - I always feel really well put together in something like that.
