I like jewel tones--strong colors rather than weak ones or pastels.

I'm particularly fond of a certain shade of green, which I not only like but which also complements my coloring and the coppery-red highlights in my hair.

It's not olive, Kelly, grass, or forest green. Hunter green, maybe, but it has to be the right shade. LOL I know it when I see it.

I don't prefer one color over another.

I wear a lot of white t-shirts.

Red, but not orange reds. Reds with blue undertones only.

Aqua, chambray blue, soft yellow, coral, medium blue, periwinkle blue, muddy greens, camel. Mostly low contrast combos.

Harsh contrasting colors are not friendly to my face.

No black next to my face, if I can help it. Red is not my friend, except in small doses.

Jewel tones in general, but blue makes my eyes really pop.

Ditto, I generally cannot do yellow, green, or orange. Just not flattering on me. Now that you mention it, it does kind of wash me out.

Same, jewel tones are generally flattering on me. I look good in (and thus feel better in, assuming fit/style is also there) navy, purple, maroon, fuschia, dark gray, and teal. I am not the Jazz guy, but I also wear bubble-gum pink pretty well. I tend to "feel" best in pink and purple and I've noticed I get better treatment wearing those colors (which tend to read feminine).

I get complimented the most when I wear pink. I also get compliments when I wear all black but include one red item. But *I* feel great in pink.

My wife tells me it turns her on when I wear black and gray.

And that makes me feel better.

I have a whole lot of black and gray in my closet.

Black, dark (maroon) red & lavender. I like darker colors on top, lighter for pants/shorts but I’m not sure why.
