I would get the metal taken out of my leg and have my leg be fully functional without it.
I am still a runner and workout regardless, so it has not stopped me, but it is SOOO annoying when I get stopped by TSA at the airport, which is often.

Why have just one modification when there's a whole world of "fake" to explore? I've had a nose job and am having another and would get implants or a breast lift and Botox in a heartbeat. Also, a bleph (eye surgery) for more wide awake eyes.
