Wedding set or anniversary ring on my left hand and Apple Watch daily. If I go out, I mix and match necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. Lots of the Kendra Scott style. Sometimes I wear one of my moms rings on my right hand, either my blue sapphire ring (boy mom) or bands engraved with their names.
I also have a lot of costume jewelry, cute animal/bird/bug brooches, etc. For a while back a few years ago, you could get them for under $1.00 with free shipping from China on Ebay.
I don't find many opportunities to wear them, but hope springs eternal!
I collected a bunch of those, with the plan to make them into wall art--like Christmas jewelry arranged in a tree shape on a velvet background, but animals or something.
Never got around to it, got rid of them when I moved.
I wear about 25 silver bangles all of the time. I never take them off.
My engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring is an large center not diamond stone surrounded by baguettes set in 18k yellow gold. My wedding band is a wide 14k white gold band. I have a diamond band I wear on my opposite hand. I also wear two diamond letter necklaces and diamond letter earrings.
I was wondering if there were anyone else like me... I've never worn a piece of jewelry.
If I ever got married, I'd try to wear a ring, but I cannot stand the feeling of anything binding on me... even all shirts have to have a lower neck & buttons at the wrist so I can leave long sleeve shirts loose at the wrists... can't stand the feeling of anything around my throat, wrists, fingers, waist.
My grandma was the same. Neither of us could even wear scarves in cold winter weather... too suffocating.
I'll leave the sparkly eyes to you... no one ever told me they'd rather have my sparkly eyes than a diamond ring.
I have sensory issues like you do. So no jewellry for me! I did used to wear my wedding band, but I'd take it off as soon as I got home anyway, and eventually misplaced it. And I had my ears pierced as a teenager, but never really got into wearing earrings.
I admire women who can accessorize and look put together with nice jewelry. It just freaks me out to wear it myself.
Like a few of you, I feel "naked" w/o earrings & my watch. I only wear my engagement ring while out (& not biking or other activity where it can get damaged). At home, it's safely in its box on my dresser. I'm not the type to wear my ring at home while washing dishes, sleeping, taking a shower, etc.

That's too bad guys, but completely understandable why you don't wear them. Maybe one day you can try a lightweight necklace.
the studs are "important" jewelry, but i wear them every day, everywhere. to the supermarket, parties and formal affairs or just hanging out at home. the only place i don't wear them is to the beach or swimming. i never sleep in them and put them in a bath of witch hazel every night.
My engagement and wedding rings and if I am going out I'll wear earrings and maybe bangle bracelets. I only wear "good" necklaces when I have to dress formally.
