Do you already have bangs that need trimming? I do my own trimming but I would be scared to cut my own. If you are brave I found a site that might help.
I always cut my own. Most people do the thing where they over-cut when they do it themselves. Even bad hairdressers do it to people. I just use pictures for mapping how the hair should lay and cut it a little at a time. Kinda like trimming the hedges really.
Tips:
- only cut when its freshly washed and dry
- take your time
- have a reference picture
- move your hair around after a few snips or a snip to see how high it lifted from the snip and where you need to snip next
That cut is really easy to do you posted. Just find the reference point on the top of your head to pull the bangs from. (starter point)
Cut strait across below your eyes
Cut V cuts in the bang stopping the tip of the scissors just about mid forhead line. SMALL SNIPS
SMALL SMALL SMALL. You can always cut more but you cant put back whats gone.
While V snipping brush the bangs back and forth with your fingers to see how the cut directs the natural flow.
You may need to snip the bottom strait across again but leave room for the hair to "shrink" up after its washed again and not held down straiter by the weight of the longer style.
If you get frustrated take a break and finish it later. Dont try to fix it when you are ticked.
Well we need a new thread to make fun of people in...Like omg duh!
How else are we going to deal with hating ourselves if we cant project it onto someone we dont know personally?
Huh?
