I just turned 30 last month. I hope I dont look too old. I work at a smoothie shop and most of the teenagers there cant believe I am 30. Most think I am more like 19 or 20.

What do y'all think? Am I a sharp dressed man?

30 is not old! I'm 40 now and think I'm an old timer! Cherish your youth!

And don't fall into the trap of "I can eat anything as much as I want and not get FAT!" - I thought like that and got obese at 34 and 205lbs which I then had to suffer 2 years of 5030 miles of road bike workouts to lose the weight!

So you're starting to get a little fat; start watching what you eat but eat anything in moderation. You gotta exercise somewhat!

How do you post large pictures here?

I certainly dont think of 30 as old either, never have. Im just thinking now that I'm not a teenager anymore, people start to let their health slide...

Im actually on my way down, not up. I have lost 60 lbs over the past 3 years. I want to lose a lot more.

Do you want truth or to have your ego fluffed?

With the extra weight, I'd put you older than 30. That hairstyle looks so dated too.
