If were to hear from some transplants actually from the NE, be it CT, NY, NJ, VT, NH, and etc...who live in NWA, then I would be more apt to listen to them and their experiences, and find them to be a more credible barometer, from which I can measure.

you do realize or I think you do not, most of those who live in NWA are transplants from all over the country because of the high number of retired people here and the number of major national companies headquartered here or with large offices in the region. I am a little surprised you are responding to so many posts knowing you do not live here. i

My parents are from Northern California and love Bella Vista. They moved by me first in Eastern Ok and last a few years before they found Bella Vista. My parents have all the medical support needed out of Rogers. I personally find the are very nice. Bentonville/Rogers has about anything one would really want. Now for me I've lived in many States. Husband just retired but we're not ready to sell but we are thinking of NW Arkansas.

Born in NE lived in CA, NY, KY, TN, Utah and IL before moving to OK. Now my parents only lived in NE, CA, OK before retiring in NWA.
