As for rock versus grass: there still seems to be more grass but if you were to do a survey it might be 50/50 or what a lot of people have is a combo; For those who have flat lots there is probably more grass. We switched to gravel in our front shortly after moving her. We have Bermuda in the back yard. Our lot is very flat. We only switched because of the ease and we have the rock mixed with planters, trees etc.

Yeah, BV POA and ACC wouldn’t allow it anyway. And if they did the solar system would be obsolete before one could wade through the proper permits and a approvals.. and that’s after the POA, ACC, Cooper and the City argues to determine who issues and controls said permit(s).
