As I have stated before I am considering a move to Bella and was wondering if anyone could give me some info on area churches. We currently attend a Charismatic church in Hot Springs and would be interested in the same type of church in Bentonville/Bella area. We don't want to have to drive to far, less then 20 minutes or so. We want a church that has a great youth program for our son. Any info will help, thanks!

I would suggest you go to the Bella Vista home page and look for churches. That is how we found ours. There are several churches in BV, many are large and have good youth programs.

I've attended at least one service in most of the Bentonville churches, and they really are awesome fits for your denomination. The Baptists are Baptists and Lutherans Lutherans. My family attends First United Methodist right by the Square in Bentonville and it has been nothing short of life changing.
We came from a church with thousands of members to ours with not even a thousand and were amazed by the involvement and community. You don't have to teach Sunday School to be involved. With tons of Disciple and Alpha classes, and like most of the church's around here- a strong emphasis on Youth.
We have a very active Senior group that goes on Mission trips near and far.

Of course this me pushing my own church. But at least you know that I feel strongly enough about it to suggest it.

Best of luck

Thanks! I was hoping I would hear some personal opinions from people about the churches they attend! I don't want to spend months exploring churches. I attend Trinity Church in Hot Springs and though it is larger than the church I grew up in, it isn't overly big either, and that's what I want. I want to be able to have a church family and know the people of my church, instead of just knowing the people in my section of the seating lol. Thanks guys and keep the suggestions coming!

we have started going to the Epsicopal church here in BV. Though it says they have 500 members, this would be a stretch: 3 services, 1 on Sat night, 1 Sunday at 8am and the family service later. There were about 50 at the 8am service and hubby said the week before about the same at the Sat night service: everyone was super friendly. We feel very comfortable, already.
