I have. I'm a USF graduate and spent my first year working professionally in Tampa.

Tampa definitely feels mid-sized, and this includes I-275.
Compare I-275 to the gridlock of any large city.

And traffic on one road (a poorly-designed one at that) isn't what I'd consider a prime indicator of big-city feel.

Well the fact that tampa only has some 347k residents, its NOT a big city. I dont get what your whole point is or do you just like to hear yourself type?

You make no sense.
My whole point was that Florida has kept its major cities at mid-size levels and feel, and you rebutted with the idiotic I-275 statement.

Florida's elected leaders were better prior to the 1990's.

People like Bob Graham and Reubin Askew stood for good government, preserving the environment, and reforming the "good ole' boy" system.
