Relocating. Looking for top notch schools, beautiful, safe, no crime town. Would love to be by the ocean border. Also would like to be someplace where hurricanes or tornadoes don't hit.

If this exists inside the walls of Florida without being some shut-in multi-millionaire and you find it, please let the rest of us know

Ok, I'm being hopeful, dreamy. So, in other words.. Some place very close to it.. Low crime, hurricanes happen less than other on the border towns, etc..

Meaning, I want to be by the ocean.. Not in central Florida. Like a 15 minute drive to the beach at most. I'd like to feel the breeze from the ocean. I know where I live in the center of my county there is no breeze, but where my parents live there is bcs they live 10 min drive to the beach

The Jacksonville suburbs of St John's County and Nassau County are top-rated/third-rated in the state respectively (out of 67 school districts) in terms of public schools and areas like Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee in St John's County, along with Fernandina Beach and Yulee in Nassau County are safe, nice places to look. Both are within 30 minutes (or much closer) to the coast and in an area with the lowest hurricane strike probability in the Southeast US. Tornadoes are very much a rarity also.
