I've been looking at homes for sell. I have noticed that the Kissimee, Poinciana and Royal palms area seem to have amazing deals. We have a 3 and 5 yr old so schools, things to do for them important. We dont go out much but do like having access to stores, places to go. Love any and all input.

Look at Sarasota county, specifically North Port. Sarasota county has a great school system.

Personally I would not live in Kissimmee.Do not let the price of the home dictate your choice of towns. There are great buys all over right now.
