Turkey and spicy hummus wrap with spinach, mushrooms, red onions, roma tomatoes, green peppers, and cucumbers on it. For anyone that's doing weight watchers it works out to 5 points and it's very filling.

I took the easy way out while running errands. Tried a 1//4 pounder BLT combo. I got my cals for today and tomorrow.

Haha... my work is quite demanding, so I am pretty energetic after big lunch.
I don't eat much for dinner. It's slow down/relaxing time. Not much to do to burn the calories
