Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing and Iced Tea.

Soft tacos, rice, and beans, with a diet Coke.

Leftover spaghetti and meatballs, pear and carrot slices.

1 large chapati filled with tomatoes,lettuce,pickle,olives and feta cheese and rolled up to eat ,with some plain yogurt and chili ajar. With it lemon water with a lemon wedge.

Two Cauldron veggie sausages with mustard and whole wheat wrap, cherry soy yogurt, tea.

Balsamic tuna wrap with spinach, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, and kosher pickle slices. Not sure if the pickles were a good or a bad addition to the wrap.

I made Sweet*Tea's pineapple pecan chicken salad for lunch today and it was delicious. Added a Coke to drink and an ice cream sandwich for dessert and it as the perfect lunch.

LC Orange Peel Chicken w/ rice and broccoli bits - what to drink? h20, I guess. Trying to stay warm in a super A/C ventilated. Warmed up my food - should work, had I not left it in microwave those extra minutes. Now I have to wait til it cools down a tad before eating.
