A large Greek salad with romaine lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and kalamata olives. Pita bread with a spicy hummus on the side. About 30 minutes until I dig into it.
Lunch... hmm... I have not really had "lunch" in weeks now. Likely cause with the increase in temperature out here (100s!), I've been downing caffeine products like water, suppressing my appetite, while giving me stomachaches at the same time. Oh wait, I had some ritz crackers!!! And a pepsi, in about 30 minutes. Looking forward to it.
Mac and cheese, strawberry yogurt with walnuts, and a cinnamon bun protein bar, which is actually excellent, but maybe not so good for me.
