Today's Lunch: Part 3 (diet, Gob, tuna, pizzas)

We had breakfast for lunch!

It consisted of these food and drink items:

ham
fried eggs
fried pots
scratch biscuits with blackberry jam
glass of whole milk
coffee

Ham and dijon mustard on toasted arnold brick oven white bread, coffee to drink.

2 slices of pepperoni baked from a whole uncooked pizza from Costco and some red seedless grapes.

Had homemade pizza with salad.

I heated up an Amy's Mac and Cheese.

Bbq sandwich and diet Coke in a great setting -- sitting outside of the Tennessee Aquarium looking at the river. And i got a discount on my food!

Steak on the grill, baked potato, lima beans, chocolate cake for desert! It was yummie!

Turkey melt, I used a sahara pita bread, 3 slices boars head turkey and some reduce fat shredded mozzarella. baked in the toaster oven until cheese melts, fold over and eat.
