pot luck casserole! it actually turned out pretty good. I may have to make it on purpose next time. Left over turkey, corn, green beans all into a casserole pan poured on a can of cream of mushroom soup topped with french fried onion rings (from a can), baked it about 30 minutes until it was warm. Hubby liked it so I guess it was OK.
we had a humongous breakfast at Waffle House this morning after a fasting blood test and doctor appointment so neither one of us will be ready to eat again till evening meal. First restaurant breakfast in over a year and I made up for lost time.
