I made a quick lunch:
greenoodles (basically healthier ramen like noodles. Higher in fiber and protein) with broccoli, roasted carrots, bell pepper, edamame in a miso-chili-peanut sauce. Super easy healthy quick lunch. Took 15 minutes from start to finish (the roasted carrots were leftovers, edamame was frozen and shelled)
Quarter pounder with cheese and a coke for me; mcdouble for Darcy.
