Good morning folks!

This morning I have a nice tuna sandwich, with garlic, black pepper and crushed red hot peppers.
I have to not over-eat because I'll be at a buffet at around 11:00 a.m..

I was on the move all day, so today it was McDonald's coffee, with one of their pumpkin pies.
I figured I'd try it; I won't be ordering that again.
