Three blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, two slices of ham, a cup of cappuccino and a one mile walk in the cool west Texas fall morning air.

Just came back from my favorite mom and pop restaurant, called the Feedlot. Diced ham and scrambled eggs, sour dough toast, home fries with chopped onions and peppers, orange juice and coffee. Yummo!

A three egg omelet: eggs, brown rice, scallions, S &P, dash hot sauce. Mix up in a bowl. Pour into a hot skillet. Fold and roll up in a flour tortilla. Good enough for brown bag lunch.
