I haven't been to bed yet but I already know what's for breakfast! I have the day off (hence my being up til the crack of forever) and plan to sleep in until the second before my body and the bed sheet fuse together as one.

Breakfast (more like brunch, actually) will be uncured bacon ends fried in a cast iron pan. Then I'll fry three eggs, quite unashamedly, in the bacon fat and asiago cheese. The finishing touch will be grilling thick, fresh slices of garden tomatoes. All of it gloriously washed down with pumpkin spice coffee splashed with evaporated milk. Ya know, sometimes you just gotta let your taste buds know you love 'em.

Suddenly I'm very tired now. Time to go to bed and sleep the sleep of.... really.... sleepy people.
