Late dinner for me, so I had sauteed kale with onion and roasted red peppers, seared barramundi with trader joe's everyday seasoning topped with a fennel, olive, blood orange salsa.

Fresh baby spinach w/black olives, red onions, cheese and lite creamy caesar dressing. Low cal raspberry yogurt. Orange juice w/whey protein.

Cooking roulette!!!!

Going to mix a small container of beef stew from the freezer with half a container of English Onion Soup and see what happens. Have the heel of a french bread to serve with it.

Today's my daughter's 7th birthday so we're going to Rainforest Cafe as we do every year. I wonder how old she will be when she decides she's too old to go there anymore!

I soaked some dried large white lima beans overnight and chopped up some ham I cooked - so we are having that and cornbread. (And some sliced onion.)
