Thumbs up The Agenda: January 16 - 22

This week's dinner selections will be mostly outside the apartment due to my vacation. This afternoon, I'm going to Palio's Pizza in nearby Grapevine, TX for a 14" with Italian sausage, onions, and peppers. Here are a few of the highlights to come for later: Hammond's BBQ in Glen Rose, TX (brisket, ribs, sausage, potato salad, pinto beans, peanut butter pie), Vaughn's Catfish in Tyler, TX (fried catfish, possibly french fries, cole slaw), and Cattlemen's Steakhouse in Fort Worth (haven't decided, but leaning towards a filet or a sirloin, baked potato, green salad).

I'll keep you posted on anything new that's not listed here, and bon appetit!
