Last of leftover baked chicken, brown rice and veggies. I put bbq sauce on the chicken.

Cajun Chicken tenders over dirty rice and green peas, with a icy cold Coca Cola. The kind with real sugar not corn syrup. This kind of coke is hard to find and I savor every sip.

Last night's crockpot beef roast with wine was delicious and there were leftovers. Tonight I'll put thin slices of it on garlic bread, cover with mozzarella, and stick it in the oven for a bit. Not sure about the sides yet.

Went to Costco today, so we got a chicken and we are having spaghetti reruns for a side.

Dreamfields spaghetti -- will cook garlic, red pepper flakes, and walnuts in a little olive oil, toss together and top with snipped chives and parmesan cheese.
