Last night we made Kung Pao chicken. It turned out surprisingly good. Pretty authentic tasting too.

Tonight is a little simpler, just basic tacos........

Hi Gue!!! I had a friend that always ate her raw meatloaf mixed up just wasn't for me. Had to sample a couple when I took them out of the oven make sure they were fit to eat for supper with the family. Remarkable.

I'm making orange roughy, with some crumbs and parsley and parmesan, and also some rigatoni with sun dried tomato pesto from a jar.

Here is the recipe that I found for the Kung Pao. It was pretty easy and like I said not too bad tasting.

I don't know how authentic it is... but we liked it... I would probably add a little bell pepper or maybe some celery.

Maybe a little less sesame oil, but again its to taste.
