I was going to roast a pork loin in the crock pot but forgot to put it in early enough (the recipe I had in mind takes 10 hours plus 30 minutes baking time). So I made this instead:
same tonight. i should be able to finish my container tomorrow evening. then i think next week i will stick to my pb&j dinners. then maybe ill make the rest of my chicken and veggies to clear up the freezer space. freezer space is limited.
this again. finished the rest of the chicken with pasta. would have rather been eating pb&j.
this weekend is up in the air because my daughter is sick. if the fever is there in the morning, im guessing we will be spending time in the hospital.

thanks, my wife has been going crazy and called the doctors office. so now we are going to the hospital. she has a cold and a fever which usually wouldnt be too bad but she has a low white blood cell count so we have to be extra careful. glad i just ate a sweet and salty nut bar.
Tocino (Filipino sweet barbecue pork) and steamed rice with a side of steamed broccoli and also some sliced strawberries topped with a sour cream and brown sugar topping. Yummy!
I wasn't really hungry yesterday evening, so my wife picked up Chick-fil-A for her and the troops. I will cook those pork chops tonight. Enjoy your weekend to the fullest!!!!!!!!!!
Last night was My favorite Meatloaf and Mashed Potatos, my not so favorite..
Tonight is going to be Smoked Pork Chops I picked up on sale and Rice Pilaf.
I never had a smoked pork chop before but it kinda looks like ham so i'm thinking it is
I'm lobbying for hamburgers. I don't have a lot of influence but at least I'm giving them my 2¢ worth.
