I was going to roast a pork loin in the crock pot but forgot to put it in early enough (the recipe I had in mind takes 10 hours plus 30 minutes baking time). So I made this instead:

Roast Pork Loin with Garlic and Rosemary Recipe at Epicurious.com

And home fries, green salad, steamed broccoli, and cantaloupe.

this weekend is up in the air because my daughter is sick. if the fever is there in the morning, im guessing we will be spending time in the hospital.

I'm lobbying for hamburgers. I don't have a lot of influence but at least I'm giving them my 2¢ worth.
